Elks National Foundation Most Valuable Student Scholarship- 500 Four-year awards ranging from $60,000 to $4,000. Any high school senior who is a US citizen may apply. Hagan Scholarship Foundation- The Hagan Scholarships are intended for high achieving students in need of financial assistance in order to attend college. These recipients will graduate from a public high school located in a Missouri County having fewer than 50,000 residents. Criteria for consideration include a GPA of 3.25 or higher and a Composite score of 23 or higher on the ACT. The amount varies from $2,000 to $8,000 annually and are renewable for 4 years.
