The Sue Ann Opler Foundation ScholarshipDUE DATE: February 11, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.Eligibility requirements are as follows:· Be a current high school senior or have graduated within the last five years from a high school located in Linn, Macon, Sullivan, Grundy, Chariton or Livingston counties in Missouri. In addition, an applicant may have received a home school diploma within the last five years, and reside in Linn, Macon, Sullivan, Grundy, Chariton or Livingston counties in Missouri.· Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school in the United States for the entire upcoming academic year.· Have a minimum high school grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).Members of the Foundation’s Advisory Board of Trustees, their spouses, any lineal descendants, the spouse of any lineal descendants, or any employee, officer or director of any corporate Trustee or its affiliates or subsidiaries or any spouse or lineal descendant of such persons are ineligible to apply. · If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an award ranging from $5,000 to $20,000.· Up to 25 awards will be granted.

Chariton Valley and Foundation for Rural Services Five local $500 Scholarships. Scholarships are available to students whose parents/guardians receive their local telephone service from Chariton Valley Telephone Corporation. Horizon Credit Union Scholarship Due Date: March 15, 2021 To be eligible for the scholarship a student must be a member in good standing at Horizon Credit Union, plan to enroll as a full time student in an accredited technical school, college, or university, and have a GPA of at least 2.50. 5-$500.00 scholarships available. Macon Electric Foundation ScholarshipDue Date: March 26th, 2021 by 4:30 p.m. 8- $500.00 scholarships available Eligibility: This scholarship is for MEC members or PWSD of Macon County customers who have signed up for Operation Round Up only. Please encourage your students that Operation Round Up is a voluntary program for members, but it is an average donation of 50 cents per month on the parent’s electric bill. The parents will have to sign the application to confirm they want to sign up for the student to apply for the scholarship. Recipients must permanently reside in the Macon Electric Cooperative service area Recipients must plan to attend an accredited college, university, or other post-secondary institution (trade or technical) within the United States and must demonstrate evidence of financial need. Red Cross High School Scholarship Program Scholarship will be awarded based on total productive units achieved during the designated time frame. Students must be an active participant in the high school blood drive program and should exhibit a leadership role in the coordination and recruitment of blood drives. Due Date: April 1, 2021
