The National Wild Turkey Federation (Tick Ridge Chapter) ScholarshipDUE DATE: February 1, 2024$500 scholarship Winners of the local scholarship are entered for a $2000 state scholarship and the winner of the state scholarship is entered in the national competition for a $10,000 scholarship. Insuring Rural Communities ScholarshipThe Insuring Rural Communities Scholarship will be provided to students from rural areas in Missouri and Illinois who are pursuing certificates or undergraduate degrees in information technology, health care, or risk management. As many as 15 students will be selected and awarded annually. This scholarship is renewable through graduation or up to ten semesters, and is available in amounts up to $5,000 per academic year.To be eligible to be considered for this scholarship, applicants must:· Be a permanent resident for at least two years of a region outside a metropolitan area. Eligible counties are those not included in the official metropolitan statistical area as defined by the United States Census Bureau.
